Kathmandu, 29 Jan : A security guard was murdered at Machchhebahal of Kathmandu last night.
Tul Bahadur Tamang of Mawapauwa-2 of Dolakha district who worked as a security guard at East West Securities was found lying unconscious at Machchhebahal. He was rushed to the Trauma Centre where he succumbed to the injuries from a sharp weapon after a while, police said.
According to Kathmandu Police, Tamang had deep cut injuries in his head and he died due to excessive bleeding. The police has mounted a search for Tamang’s murderers taking help of the CCTV footage.
Meanwhile, 50-year-old Dhruba Karki of Samakoshi-2, Dolakha was killed after a motorcycle knocked him down at local Meenbhawan last night, police said.
