INTRODUCTION

The Nepal CEO Conference and Awards 2025 is a landmark initiative by Lokpath (Inky Quill International Pvt.Ltd.) & Udhyami Network aimed at honouring and empowering visionary leaders from across various sectors. First launched in 2018 and successfully continued in 2019, the event was later paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the ensuing economic downturn.

Now revived in 2025, this prestigious event features 13 award categories and a structured registration process. It is designed not only to recognise individual excellence but also to foster meaningful networking among Nepal’s top decision-makers. Through keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive workshops, the conference aspires to become the foremost annual gathering of influential leaders in the country.

BACKGROUND

The inaugural editions in 2018 and 2019 were milestone events in the recognition of leadership in Nepal. Held under the theme “Leadership Excellence,” both editions brought together distinguished professionals and change makers from the public, private, and social sectors. Celebrated industry leaders were recognized with CEO Awards, marking an important step in promoting visionary leadership across the nation.
