Kathmandu : The Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development has appointed Dr Tek Bahadur Gurung as the Acting Executive Director at the Nepal Agricultural Research Council (NARC).
Dr Gurung is the chief scientist (S6 level) at NARC. Before this, he was the Director at the Livestock and Fisheries Unit of NARC.
The post of Executive Director had fallen vacant after Dr Baidhanath Mahato resigned from the post last month.
