Lahan : A person died while another sustained injuries in a bus-tempo collision at Mircharya in Siraha along the East-West Highway today.
The deceased has been identified as Birendra Shah, 27, of Mirchaiya Municipality-2 in the district. The injured one, whose identity was not ascertained yet, was receiving treatment at the local hospital, according to the Area Police Office, Mirchaiya.
The incident took place when a school bus (Na 4 Kha 4904)heading towards west from east collided with the three-wheeler (Na 3 Cha 3420) coming from the opposite direction, said Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Sukadev Khanal.
