Kathmandu : The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) has presented its annual report before the President.
CIAA Chief Navin Kumar Ghimire presented the CIAA’s 28th report for fiscal year 2074/75 BS to President Bidya Devi Bhandari amidst a ceremony at the Rastrapati Bhawan, Shital Niwas.
The 247-page report gives an introduction of the commission, presenting the analysis of the investigations and prosecutions it executed during this period as well as the measures aimed at strengthening the organization, the preventive efforts and the measures against the corruption.
CIAA Commissioners Dr Ganesh Raj Joshi, Raj Narayan Pathak and Usha Gurung, and Secretary Maheshwor Neupane were present on the occasion.
