Surkhet : Over 2,000 people have benefited from the integrated mobile camp offering various government services set up in Simta Rural Municipality of the district.
The total 386 acquired citizenship card, and 415 got voter's identity card and 23 senior citizen card, said chairperson of the Rural Municipality Kabindra KC.
Likewise, 390 availed of livestock service, 435 agriculture service and 571 health service. The two-day camp was started on Thursday in coordination of the Municipality and the District Administration Office.
On the occasion, the district administration, district election office, district police, Nepal Army, Armed Police Force, Mehalkuna Hospital, the units of education, livestock, agriculture and women and children offices within the Rural Municipality offered service.
Also on the occasion, a public hearing was also conducted focusing on the development activities at local level. Likewise, a documentary on disaster management was also screened, while the District Police Office held an awareness programme on accident reduction, human trafficking, production of home-brewed alcohol and its sale, and child violence and cyber crime.
