Sunsari, 25 Jan : Chief Information Commissioner Krishna Hari Banskota has urged Sunsari offices to provide information in an easy way.
“Information is a basis for democracy. So each citizen should have an access to it,” he said while addressing an interaction organised by the National Information Commission on Wednesday in Inaruwa.
Meanwhile, Ajit Kumar Jha, Inaruwa correspondent of Rastriya Samachar Samiti, was honoured for his contribution to Madhes movement, and establishing rights of Madhesi people.
Also other six journalists were honoured at the event organised on the occasion of the 16th Gajendra Narayan Memorial Day and Madhes Sacrifice Day Wednesday.
